연구분야 1. 고성능 유무기 광전자 소재 및 소자 개발
: 유기물/고분자 반도체재료 및 유무기 하이브리드형 perovskite 소재 개발 및 이를 이용한 유기발광 다이오드 (Organic Light-Emitting Diodes, OLEDs), 박막 트랜지스터 (Thin film transistors, TFTs), 태양전지 (Solar Cells) 소자 개발

2. 기반의 분자 검출 센서 개발
: 색소 및 형광/인광체를 이용한 고감도 휘발성 유기화합물 (volatile organic compounds, VOCs) 및 악취 (bad order molecules, BODs) 검출 센서 개발. 

3. 반도체 패터닝 기술과 대면적 인쇄기술
: 비전통적인 반도체 패터닝 기술인 소프트 리소그라피법을 이용한 미세패터닝 및 나노임프린트 기술 개발 및 대면적 인쇄공정장비를 이용한 광전자 소자의 집적화 및 대면적화 기술.
